As a Jenny Craig Program Sales Consultant you will meet the needs of existing and potential clients through the professional delivery of the Jenny Craig program; including new program sales, services and support tools. The Program Sales Consultant is the first contact that a client has with our program's structure, features and benefits. The Program Sales Consultant is responsible for helping a client reaffirm their decision to lose and successfully maintain their weight through the use of effective coaching and motivation; as well as through the communication of Jenny Craig's values, vision, and mission. We provide regular paid training and we promote from within. Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service, sales, interpersonal and communication skills to consult with our clients both over the phone and in person. Our Program Sales Consultants are responsible for achieving sales quotas, following daily operational procedures and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.
We Require:

 *   At least six months experience in sales or customer service
 *   Strong customer service skills
 *   Basic computer knowledge
 *   High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Front Desk Clerk   $ 8.50  Barstow
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

* Greets, registers and assigns rooms to guests. Handles credit, initial parking information, and an overview of guest services. Issues room keys and instructions to Bellman if available at hotel
* Serves as a primary liaison to guests. Handles stressful situations; makes mature and knowledgeable decisions. Handles all guest complaints or problems to exceed the guest expectations
* Handles incoming guest reservations via phone' completes reservations slip and reservation board. Takes reservation accurately and neatly
* Answers inquiries pertaining to the hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions. Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservation and arranges for tours
* Handle all guest service requests. Takes room service orders and directs appropriate staff member to assemble and deliver order
* Serves as hotel phone operator and directs all calls to proper extensions. Receives, transmits and racks telephone messages
* Keeps records of room availability and guest's accounts. Operates Autoclerk, the Front Office software. Maintains Guest History computer is available
Requirements:

*      Must be eligible for OJT Funding

*       To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

*        High school diploma or equivalent (GED);

*       1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
